i'm for more sales tax, and no income tax
the people with illegitimate forms of income easily avoid paying as much tax as the honest ones
if all of our state tax was derived from sales tax, it would put everyone on a more equal footing, IMO

I am for no Federal tax on Social Security benefits.

This guy gets it. A straight consumption tax is what we need. Penalizes the spenders and reward the savers. Of course, it would take a total redesign of not only the tax system, but the American way of thinking.
