Even that would effectively be a sponsorship by an oil company, the United Arab Emirates.
An oil spill cleanup in Houston would be sponsored by Exxon.

One step closer to Whataburger FC.
Apparently, the Seattle Boat Show caused the pitch to look like utter shite today.

Also, Jurgen Klinsmann just tweeted congratulations to Nick Rimando for his MLS cleansheets record, but nothing about Landon Donovan's retirement.

I really just don't get it. Does he not realize how petty this is making him? So what if you don't like the guy, tweeting the best player of all-time in the country that you coach isn't the end of the world.

Is Beasley playing LB or LM?
Kind of a waste to have a DP LB in my opinion

The pure Americanism in the the flame throwers that go off after the goals make me smile every time Seattle scores.

Listed as an LB. but he might as well be playing LM because he is constantly outrunning Davis on that side.

Apparently Jurgen already acknowledged it and congratulated him on his career.

Ives mentioned it in an article on Donovan's retirement, while also listing other people who had congratulated him on his career.
