I'm not understanding the butthurt over the article. Yes she can be polarizing but as you are aware her point was "hey we need some Christian stuff going on right here in America, so stay, don't get a deadly disease & don't spend your charity's money on Gulfstream medevac flights." Fair summation?

That's a stupid opinion. And saying it in such an asinine way really defeats any cogent point she was attempting to make.

No. We have PLENTY of Christian stuff going on here in America. Look at how churches from all over the country responded after Katrina. Could we have more? You bet. But, doing some stuff to help those in need overseas does not negate the massive amount of work being done here.

Her point is that Christians should stay home and NOT get involved in Africa while there are still needs here. Of course, that is a horrible view.

Pretty much.

A lot of people won't allow themselves to actually read/understand the message.
