I was thinking about replacing my double oven with a oven microwave combo - something like this --

But, the more I thought about it and the more I watched HGTV, it seems like a double oven is a better selling point. Not that many buyers are impressed with a built-in microwave. It seems like most people expect to bring their own microwave. Plus, for whatever reason, it seems like the double ovens are cheaper than the microwave/oven combo.

stick to double oven. Installed microwaves really aren't that great and won't get the ROI, a double oven is really nice.

Now if the microwave is also an Oven, then well that is even better.

If you do the downdraft you also have to install vent pipe. Would probably be a 4" pipe. Don't get one with a ton of BTUs if you don't have the proper ventilation either.
