Yes, 1.5 million people living in a cramped space of 25 miles by 5 miles, unable to leave by air, land or sea, in horrible poverty should accept their condition... in fact bend down, grabbed their ankles and say "Yes sir, may I have another".
Why do conservatives advocate freedom... will fight and die for freedom... but think these guys shouldn't fight back?

Perhaps their leaders should spend the millions of dollars in aid money on trying to bolster their economy instead of building tunnel infrastructure solely aimed at kidnapping and killing people in their neighboring country.

I think they have every right to fight back. I have no problem with Hamas firing every rocket, bullet and mortar they have at Israel. Conversely, they shouldn't be surprised or put up as martyrs by the "international community" (
) when they militarily get the shite kicked out of them.

i don't think anybody is saying they can't fight back, but if they do, there will be repercussions (that suck)
i'm not pro-israel or pro-palestinian. i'm definitely anti-Hamas, though. i will admit that
the issue is that at teh end of the day, whoever is strong enough will make the rules. in this instance, that is israel. if the palestinians wants to fight, they has the right to. if they fire from civilian areas, those areas are now military targets. they can't play it both ways, advocating for war while acting like there are these rules they can take advantage of. they can't support (politically) or defend (indirectly) terrorists like Hamas and then act like there will be no reprecussions. if the civilians want peace, they need to start by executing every member of Hamas, then asking Israel for peace. i bet you if they did that, the majority of their problems would go away within 2 generations (assuming they maintain their anti-terrorist and fundamentalist stance)
