Pretty solid plate lunches too. I'd put them up top with Poches and Nunus on plate lunches. Their boudin is just ok,and cracklins are usually a good bit better than average, but their specialty sausages are excellent.

Do they do deer? I still have a ton from last season that I can make sausage with
