Obama lies
Try making sense out of that video. Come back and tell us Obama is president he claimed he would be.
And don't bring up a single republican president and their false advertising. I want to hear you say Obama never lies.
Obama is more full of shite than any president we've ever had. It's so fun watching a video of the 180 he did from his bullshite empty promises to his blatant disregard of integrity and honesty.

No, he's worse than the rest. He is nothing he stood for. Nothing.

All presidents do these 180's, not sure what your point is here.

Stop watching Fox and listening to Rush. I have not been a big fan of Obama but some of you are just so over the top in your criticism that you force me to defend him which i don't really like doing.

Man, if that gets you "hard" you really need a life.

The first two responses should tell you he has Wilson and LBJ beat by a mile.

I understand presidents/politicians do 180s, but not to the extent Obama did.
The whole "stopping with the slash politics" and "time to stop being divisive" bits in the video are gold.

Why the deflections rather than just addressing Obama's dishonesty as evidenced in the video?

Obama was supposed to be the savior. Now do you see what happens when you elect someone who has no idea how to do their job? He has failed at EVERYTHING.
Well, he accomplished the one thing I believe he wanted, and that was the ACA. We'll, see soon enough how successful that program is. I hope it works and helps people out, but it will be overfunded to cover for the abuse all other programs have.

I know right. Where is all the evidence that these aren't flat out lies?
I'm just venting here. I'm sick and tired of the bullshite. I'm defeated. These politicians are going to continue to act in the best interest of their party and themselves. They do nothing for the country. I see no end to it in sight.

I'm going to give an honest, objective opinion on Obama.
I don't think he necessarily is out to destroy American like some think. I've watched his speeches from 08 and how he speaks now.
Here is my assessment
1. He was a young Senator who had little idea of how Washington works
2. He is an ideologue and a narcissist. He envisioned himself as being able to take everything to task and fix the country...and his speeches sounded good and he even had some great ideas. He did not account for, however, the power of Congress limiting him, or the power of lobbyists, or the ever changing political tide of the people.
I think he wrongly assumed everyone would go along with his ideas and it'd be a cakewalk, and that he underestimated the power of lobbyists who prefer the status quo. That's why now he tries to do so many things through executive order...he just can't accept the fact that the president has very little power in this country and to get things done you can't talk a good talk you have to actually lead and know how to compromise. (see Reagan and Bill Clinton for examples).
This is why we don't see a huge difference between Dems and Reps...because it doesn't matter. Money controls washington, and regardless of who is in power the same people with the same money are pulling the strings.
This fact won't change until the American people change their voting habits..and not just with presidential elections. The real change comes from getting corrupt politicians out of Congress because honestly the President himself can't do shite.
