The DLC isn't additional gameplay. It is just an added on cutscene.

The real ending of ME3, the indoctrination theory, is amazing. Just completely ignore the flaming turd of an official ending.

Well, the endboss of the final mission still counts as the ending so it disqualifies it from being called great.
