I think all of those are a bit extreme you are on the right track but then pick the toughest punishment possible

should we pick jail time? That is one of the things everyone wanting an end to the WOD wants to limit.


You see you just cant have it both ways.

Choosing to abuse your body forfeits your freedom to healthcare
Choosing to abuse your children forfeits your right to having children
Choosing to operate a vehicle under the influence of a substance forfeits your right to operate a vehicle
Choosing to take a life with your vehicle forfeits your life.



with no healthcare, no funding, decreased reproduction, and no transportation. I would predict those that are incapable of using substances in a responsible way would quickly be a disappearing breed.
