but trying hard to make it more fan friendly and some cheaper game and parking options. Nicholson contra flow southbound in one direction should help traffic. Maybe some concessions will go down

Yeah, he did a great job scheduling Sam Houston St, UL-Monroe and New Mexico St.
What great value you receive.

the police have to work with LSU on this and be on the same page. all too often last year they were confused about what the plan was.

True that will help his traffic study.
Home schedule is pretty bad but I do know they wanted a big name opponent in Tiger Stadium but could not make it work for whatever reason.

No, no they didn't. If they did, they would make it happen. Instead, you're paying exorbitant prices to watch the 3rd world of college football get pummeled in the first quarter.
It's just a money grab. Next year we go to the mighty Syracuse to play them away.
This is who is in charge of your Athletic Department.

I bet top 10 teams are beating down the door to play in Death Valley

a home and home series with wisconsin would have been 100x better

That's a BS argument.

If you don't think you are getting the value you deserve, then quit paying for your tickets.

I dont have a problem with what I pay for my tickets. Would I love to see big games being played in Tiger Stadium, sure. But the moeny made on the neutral site is hard to trun down.
My problem is they build this addition and now can not sell it out. My TAF money and ticket money went to building that addition. How do I get repaid? Other people get $10 tickets while I am paying $40 to fricking tailgate.

It really isn't.
There's more money for both parties in a neutral site game as well. Call it a "money grab" if you will, but making money is part of Alleva's job description. We're doing pretty nicely in the department.

Agreed, but, Its a good recruiting tool. I know my friend who plays at a sunbelt school says he'd kill to play at an NFL stadium. The guys love it.

I know everyone wants a schedule with USCw, FSU, and Michigan as OOC games. I guess y'all would be ok with losing one of those and thus being out of the national championship race with a one loss SEC winner, right?
If the playoff system was bigger than 4 I would be all for higher profile games and I actually think it would generate much more revenue in total for the sport.

there is some middle ground between top 10 teams and the bottom of the ncaa.
We have done a fine job scheduling pac 12 teams in the past. Id be happy with brining in a middle of the pack big conference team to replace one of the shitty teams and a low tier big conference team to replace another.
