Not even remotely the same thing. There are public accommodation laws (which I oppose) that provide precedent for forcing a baker to make a cake for a gay wedding. Forcing churches to wed gay couples would be a clear violation of the first amendment.

Your comparison is simply invalid.

I oppose that as well. It's the state intruding on private property rights and violating the principle of economic freedom of association and the state basically saying they own your labor, capital and overall business. Only somebody that hates freedom would argue otherwise.
