I think the best comparison for him is Anquan Boldin.


And It doesn't matter to me who is the brighter star, both will be awesome and fun to watch.

heard this all the time during the draft and just don't agree with it. Boldin is built like a running back. Landry is not, he's just strong for his size. The comparisons started because both didn't have good 40 times in the draft but were guys that knew how to use other avenues outside speed to get open. Boldin has nowhere near the pass catching ability that Landry does, he just knew (and still does) how to out muscle guys to get open, despite his lack of elite speed. Landry brings a skill set that Boldin never had, the ability to basically catch anything thrown in his general direction.

Reminds me of Eric Martin. The Mason comparison is fair as well.
