In my experience, anti-vax people usually lean left, claim veganism, believe in chiropractic and crazy herbal stuff for curing disease, etc.
There are definitely conservatives who think vaccines cause autism and shite as well but the average anti-vax mouthpiece is fairly liberal.

most of the celebs are left leaning but in person, all of the in person I know who are anti vaccine are right.
