Completely agree. If you have to pick one of the looks to go on, the original is the best you could do. I like what Alleva did on that front.

That actually answers a question I had about the two endzone enclosures. I was pretty sure the NEZ came first but I wasn't positive.

Whoever was in charge of closing in the south end zone back in the day should get a swift kick in the arse if he isn't dead of old age already. Don't know what is worse the design for closing in the south end zone or design for Middleton library? Both fricked up a very aesthetically pleasing architecture.

Looking at those old pics of tiger stadium it made me realize how stupid architcts must've been in the 50's. In the 20's and the 40's they did the stadium right. Then came the 50's that brought us that horrible south enclosure of the TS and of that monstrosity know as The Middleton library!
