The thing is, I don't see where it says I can make him stay with current contract. All I see is force to accept new job.

I don't really like OS, but I have some talent that is coming back and it may give me a better chance next season at a top coaching gig, if I don't get a decent job this season.

Jennings and Harris have the same ovr rating. I'll start Harris for sure. He's a better runner and fits my offense a little better, and he's a year younger.
It's a huge drop off after those two though.
