Also, what weapons are you talking about?

This past year he had the best WR tandem in the NFL, though granted he was hurt for a period of time so he didn't get to capitalize. This was along with a very, very solid and underrated RB.

I have no opinion whether Cutler is good or bad but he has definitely had weapons at different points in his career.

Andre Ware, David Klingler, Colt Brennan , Jason White, Gino Torretta, Danny Warfuell, Tim Tebow, Mark Sanchez, Jason Campbell, and Matt Linart. Also, that BYU qb that won the Heisman in 1991.

I never said that he hasn't had weapons

This is the first year that I would say he had top weapons, but, like you said, he was hurt

I think he played well during the Johnny Knox days. That 3-4 year period was not weapon filled

He isn't elite or even close to it, but he's certainly above average

He had a good set up, offensively speaking, in Denver and put up good numbers. His second full season as a starter he threw for 4500 yarda and made the Pro Bowl. Unfortunately, the Broncos had a terrible defense and went through about 9 running backs due to injury. He hasn't had the weapons or an offensive line to put up those numbers in Chicago until this past season. Not to mention he had fricking Mike Martz getting him killed. He's been solid the last two seasons...except injured too often. This upcoming season, its now or never.
