Saw this last night as well. Terrific film and quite an achievement for everyone involved in it. 99% RT good? Probably not.
Linklater's films aren't known for having much happen in the way of plot and story, but this one might have the least of all. I still liked it a lot though. I think most can relate to so many parts of the movie about growing up and it was a fun nostalgia trip. I don't have kids, but I think I would even enjoy it more if I did. Linklater and Arquette were at the screening so it was cool to hear them talk about making the movie.
I still prefer Dazed to Boyhood. The fact that Boyhood was made and completed is somewhat of a mini-miracle, so I recommend everyone go check it out.
