Also, this is sunshine pumping at best. "Exploration" is 2D and 3D seismic data type permit approval.

This has nothing to do will issuing drilling permits.

I will say this, I would like to shake the hand of the man who got this permit approved. He has to be the best permit agent in the world... that or he had a very big suitcase full of money.

I know oil is big to yall, kinda sucks if it does frick with marine life as much as they are implying though .
