you don't understand
we are all flying in the day before and flying out that night so grilling out wont be an option.
we are all doing the trip from 5am-1pm and cooking it afterwards and then flying out that night so unless we all ship it home via UPS or FEDEX than we have to cook it all or leave it.
bottom line- we are going somewhere to have it cooked for us.

That's probably the best thing to do. Or box it up in your own ice chest and check it with your luggage.
