I got a case if Saturday Night Palsy (radial neuropathy) from this weekend. I'm still recovering.

Visit the doc. Get on a seven day steroid plan.

Don't jerk it for seven days, too, while taking steroids or you'll end up with a wrist the size of a Louisville Slugger.

put a brace on it...keeping it totally immoble for a few days works wonders....

Get a wrist splint to immobilized it if carpal tunnel related. Fyi flapping can cause carpal tunnel.
