Not that facts will deter people arguing off topic but I had the chance to speak to someone yesterday that has some of the inside scoop on this investigation. Without going too in depth, this went a lot deeper than some guy selling some harmless recreational MJ substitute.
He was actively importing from China all sorts of varied industrial chemicals and manufacturing this stuff for consumption. I hate big government but agree there is a place for regulation to stop people from just selling random chemicals to people to ingest.
When the facts come out, I think most will agree this was a legit arrest.

Inside scoop huh? Like the local news station? LINK

Dunn is accused of buying or selling items fraudulently imported to the United States from China. She is among nearly a dozen other suspects accused in this case that spans five states and China. "She certainly has not imported goods into the country, but is alleged to be involved in a conspiracy," Myer said.

Pretty sure that even the most staunchest of libertarians would tend to agree with you on that. They'd also tell you that the problems associated w/synthetic weed would be non-existent if the real right thing were done.
