Where can I take my Jeep to have the door seal and rail frame replaced? Is this something a body shop can do? The dealership wants over $600 to fix this problem.

is it rusted through? got any pictures?
i would think a body shop would be able to handle the issue, however i don't suspect it will be much cheaper than the price you already quoted

I'd thought Real Jeeps didn't have doors.

Is it leaking when driving or sitting? I had a leak in the front foot wells even when I had the doors and hard top on, but only when it was sitting and not driving in the rain. Cabin air intake was not properly sealed.

Door seals, buy yourself and do it. Isn't hard at all. No idea what a rail frame is

You mean frame rail? If so is it rusting through?
