Lets call out all the Doctors/Dentist offices that have Rude

Front desk people or customer service employees..
ie: the ones that have their front desk people hiding behind a frosted glass window and obviously hate people...I don't care how nice or good a doc is...if your front line people are rude Im never going to feel comfortable going to your office...

You need to let the doc know, seriously. Rude office staff can really hurt your reputation making patients pissed before you even get to see them

I work the front desk in a dental office and I am always astounded at how rude or just generally unhappy other front office staff is. My job is to be friendly whether I am having a good day or not!

I've had complaints against all of ours. It is probably the hardest position to fill. We've been through numerous ones. Even the ones that start out good get bitchy. People are assholes. It's y'alls fault.

Lmao. I read the thread title and thought about the P&S. Didn't think it would actually be mentioned in the OP. Had a couple rounds with my little girl and buttons in her ears there. The front of the house is turrible. Those bitches just flat don't want you there. The docs and nurses are good though.

i know someone who complained about waiting 2 hrs and the bitch bullied her all the way back to the room and damn near threatened her to say anything to doc or nurse while she was still standing there...

We have a comment box. But, whoever said tell the doc is right. We don't have time to monitor all of our employees. If you don't let us know, we can't fix it.

ripping down a sliding frosted glass window would help...it basically separates them from your customers, encouraging them to not smile,interact, or even stop their gossip conversations from ending......unless you run a prison infirmary...There are always doctors down the street that have a friendly staff...its a business...

Man, it must suck to have miserable staff. Sometimes I wonder how obtuse they occasionally are but they are nice as pie to my patients.

A lot of that is due to HIPPA. We have to take all measures to prevent someone from hearing other pt's info. Sorry. Your shitass gov't dictates it to us. And yes, we are inspected.

Precisely why I never included one in the design for my new office. I won't say that I didn't get any pushback, but they fell in line.
