you have to put it in and get charged the 1.05. On next screen it will tell you to pick an offer. Select Target and click "details" and print the window that comes up. After that, just X everything out
You will get an email saying your request to move was successful. Go back to the moving page and at the bottom click where it says to edit or cancel a request. Follow the steps and cancel it. Good to go

Yeah that's a pretty good deal. Got mine last year with SM3DW, Pikmin 3, Wind Waker, two Wii motes and a travel case all for $220. It was used and at the time when the WiiU looked like it had no chance at success.
