TUba, you are a smart, scientifically oriented person. If you were running a study analyzing the effects of min. wage on the economy of a state, which approach makes more sense:

A) comparing the state's economy with a state in which MW did not rise,

or

B) comparing the growth of a state before MW went into effect, and after it went into effect.
