Been seeing a few of these in my back yard lately.
How does one rig up a live frog?

I would just run a large light wire hook just under the skin and let him do the work. Muing caught a tree frog in my boat when we were fishing once. He tried to free the frog by throwing it to the bank. Poor bastard landed short and was gulped within 3 strokes of the legs.

Hold his legs and run the hook up his backside on the dorsal side. That or through the lips so it moves more...

I mean, I have some top water frogs. But I don't usually pass up an opportunity to use live bait when I can.
