You have to think it's going to bottom out at some point. No idea when that would be, though.

Bham has a lot of potential. Especially if a car plant(or something similar) were to open on the city's west side.

for like 5 miles by the airport/industrial loop.

it's 2 lane everywhere else through downtown and bossier.
