2. Money - I think we can say with pretty much certainty that there is some kind of enchantment or something preventing you from creating or multiplying money (not to mention it's counterfeiting which is illegal) Not confirmed but pretty much agreed to be true

3. Intentional Curse damage - It is shown several times throughout the books that injuries caused by curses cannot be undone with magic, you can heal a broken arm with a wand if you fall off your broom, but if someone breaks your arm with a curse you can't magic it better. This is a fact and confirmed in the books, and I think we can safely say it is one of Gamp's Laws

In the Vault when they went get the Goblet everything they touched (including money) multiplied. Granted that would be no use to them because if you touch a coin it would multiply so it is basically impossible to use it.

As far as curse damage, Snape reverses the Sectumsempra curse that Harry Cast on Malfoy.

Sectumsempra is a curse invented by Professor Severus Snape, during his childhood, when he was known as "The Half-Blood Prince".[1] He created it with the intention of using it against his enemies,[2] and it soon became one of his specialties.[3]

The gemino curse/doubling charm can just double things, not just unending like the Goblins use it. You can use it to make exact replicas. Only issue is those items will eventually reveal themselves either by going bad/looking different. I am sure the Goblins have ways to detect the gemino curse like the thief's downfall so you can't make a massive bank account though.

There is definitely some confusion about curses and when it will cause permanent damage. Sectumsempra did cause permanent damage when George's ear was removed. There may be a difference when it causes a cut versus severing a body part because sectumsempra literally means sever forever. May have also been Harry's lack of ability to do it as well, remember fake Moody told them they could all do Avada Kedavra to him and only cause a nose bleed.

That wasn't permanent, that was a hex to prevent thieves.

No he doesn't, he uses spells to heal Malfoy yes, but not to replace to transfigure any of him. Remember these are Gamp's Laws of Transfiguration...

quote:

Though the aforementioned healing spell may heal the wounds and dittany may prevent scars, any body parts that have been severed by this curse cannot be grown back (a trait of dark magic's permanent effects), as demonstrated by George Weasley when he lost his left ear to the spell.[3]
