I think its nuts that the Obama is asking for 3.5B for this situation of which about 1M will go to advertising in. Central America to say Stay Home.
I think its nuts that HHS broadcast in Spanish on the Mexican side of the boarder about Food Stamps and eligibility requirements, you know inviting people over.
