If it feels good then go for it. People will tell you that you shouldn't finance and a boat is a bad investment blah blah.
You don't buy a boat as a financial investment. You buy it to have fun and enjoy yourself. You can't get time back with family and friends.
I personally enjoy fishing and being on the water every weekend with my family/ friends which is worth financing what you need to (within the parameters of what you can afford) to make that happen. Enjoy it
