Snap hooked 3w on 10 thinking my round was about to fall apart.

Played 3w again out of some mulch through a small hole in the trees. I catch all of it between the screws and smash it at least 280. Had 52* in and made par (5). Strung together some more pars and scraped a birdie out for the 70s.

That 3w lifted me. Taking a 3w 280 through an opening in the trees the size of Nets back does that to a person.

Sup fellow hackers, slackers and indigents. Made it back from Myrtle Beach in one piece. The fam had a great time. Mother Nature put the boudin to me for golf. Had a 7:00 tee time set up for Friday morning. On Thursday night it started raining around 9pm. It rained, and rained and rained some more. Then it rained even more. Torrential downpour for the better part of 5 hours.

Went to the course anyway on Friday morning. Dude behind the counter said course is saturated. Path carts only. So I didn't play. Left and went to the PGA Superstore. Basically a Sam's Club of golf equipment. Anything you need for golf, they have it.

4 hitting bays like you see on the Golf Fix then 5 other bays without the big screen - just a computer monitor. Got to hit the Callaway Apex irons and also tried out the Bio Cell to see what all the fuss was about.

Don't know if their monitor numbers were off or what but I couldn't get more than 235yds out of the driver. Anyone who's played with me knows that I'm a touch longer than that.

Anyway, stayed there for a good hour and and half and could have easily dumped a couple grand. Showed good restraint and only spent a hundred.
