SF is not on that list b/c it doesn't even have black people to segregate. it handles its segregation, as it has historically, by pricing out black people. only 6.1% of the SF population is black

San Francisco is a terrible city to use as an example for segregated neighborhoods. Unless Caucasians and Asians live in segregated areas, you won't see it. The black population of SF is only ~6%, and it has been dropping steadily since the 70s. The cause is likely due to the increase in property value over that time.
