Where are you taking Doug Martin?

A lot of people were taking him 1st round last year, some even as high as three or four. Curious as to where you see him going this time around.

They got a nice lil offense going right now with V Jax, Mike Evans catching balls from McCown.
I'd take Martin 3rdish depending on how the draft is rolling. I will say, I wasn't high on him last year. Too much hype. But he's got another year under his belt.

He'll go in the 2nd round and will be a steal there. Lovie trusts the run and they will have enough of a passing threat to help Martin.

Martin will be a nice bounce back player this year. Get on the train.

I'd consider him mid to late second in a 12+ plus team league. 3rd in 10. Deep stable of backs there and suddenly a lot of mouths to feed.

Lovie is a run, run, pass guy. Martin will get tons of touches. Didn't Tampa also sign or draft another RB?

From nfl.com:
Can't believe I forgot about Mike James after I picked him up mid-season last year. I'm glad I didn't jump on Martin in the 1st round last year. Too soon to tell what round I'll consider him in this year, but I'm hopeful to have other options in the first.

M.G.: Nope.
Oh, you want more? Okay. If you're talking about backs who'll face timeshares in 2014, Martin is chief among them. Buccaneers offensive coordinator Jeff Tedford has repeatedly said that he plans to rotate running backs in his scheme. What makes that even more likely is that Tedford's other options -- Mike James and Bobby Rainey -- were both very productive rushers when they had opportunities last year. Plus, Tampa could throw the ball more with its massive trio of Vincent Jackson, Mike Evans and Austin Seferian-Jenkins. Martin will still be the lead back in Tampa Bay's offense, but with the prospect of his touches being diminished, I'd target him in the third round or later.

You probably won't own him in any leagues if you don't pick him late first early second. And I won't own him in any leagues. He was healthy for the first part of the year, had an above average line, and still sucked. His QB and offense as a whole is better, but I'm not convinced he is.
