yes and no.
They are committing a crime by being here.
We tend to give them a pass for it. I just watched my friend's pool guys roll through his back yard yesterday.
I can all but guarantee they weren't from around here.
It's pretty commonplace in Phoenix.
That being said, the dumb ones who come here to do crime ending up doing time.

cheap labor
I think it's about demand now. Labor is already cheap. We need someone to sell shite to.

But hey...corporate america loves the cheap labor so they are going no where.
But its the human smuggling operations that are playing more of an instrumental part in enabling them to get here...and of course BObama.

Hey if he broke the law in Mexico then he's on his own. Being a Marine or American doesn't give you carte blanche to do what you want in Mexico. He broke their laws and he has to deal with the consequences.
First off, I've seen it reported that the part of the border that he accidently crossed is not properly marked and is easy to mistakenly cross.
Second, should we jail, chain and mistreat all of the illegals that are purposely entering our country as well?

Tahmooressi knew that guns were not allowed. But there was no way for him to turn around. Allegedly, in Tahmooressi's mind, he was thinking that he would be allowed to make a turnaround after explaining the situation to the Mexican BP. Also allegedly, the BP agent at the crossing was going to allow this but had to report his intentions to the feds. Mexican soldiers at this point intervened and denied him this opportunity.
A whole lot of "alleged" involved.

You sure about that chief? I seem to remember quite a few repeat offenders from south of the border being let go on more than one occasion and sent home only to come back and commit far more serious crimes.
Illegal felons still in U.S.
