You need to look up some basic definitions. You think I have a right to insurance, much less one that concerns certain procedures?

My job provided insurance does not provide dental benefits or vision care. Nobody is taking it to the Supreme Court saying I have a right to those things, so why is birth control considered a constitutional right? As for Viagra, the way I look at it is that coverage should be provided for meds or procedures when a body part or system is not working as it was designed to work. Viagra fits that description. birth control, on the other hand, is not fixing a problem of the body not working properly therefore it is elective and shouldn't automatically be required to be provided. And, it seems many people don't realize that Hobby Lobby was not refusing to cover birth control. They covered 16 of the 20 required methods. They only refused to cover the ones that they considered to be abortion, such as the morning after pill.

Can you name a company that covers Viagra and vasectomies that does not cover contraceptives?

Hobby Lobby covers birth control pills. Why is that difficult to understand?
