That has always been my problem with it, the stalling and the lost competition, especially when a goal is scored in stoppage time.

The problem I have is when the 4th official says 5 minutes, that's a 'minimum' and not a fixed number. Its up to the center ref and that leads to some wierd endings at 5:42 or 6:13... The ambiguity is hard to accept.
