Yes they should all be deported, but you know they won't be. So US law means nothing, but if you violate Mexican law you're a bad bad boy and must be punished.

The Commies are out in force. You know who controlled that aircraft, the cartels pay the pilots to fly cover and this isn't the first time this has happened. A helicopter that accidentally crosses the border? Accidents happen. A helicopter that does it and fires on the Border Patrol? WHY would they have a legit reason to do that? That chopper should be intercepted and shot down I don't care which side of the border they are on.

Police or soldiers on our side of the border? Lost? Maybe? Send them home on the spot. If they FIRE on the Border Patrol or American citizens? Take them out.
