It seems like all the new developments have tiny lots and high prices. The quality of the homes is often high (Rouzan, Harveston), but with no yards it's hard to see young families moving there.

But the neighborhood is laid out in a walkable, bike-able way, with nice communal amenities.

not an issue as millenials start having kids. Stats show more likely to seek urban environments(and faux Urban) over the 'burbs

I have to wonder how many $400,000+ range developments will make sense

South Downs Redevelopment Group getting ready to start new Infill development in the south downs area. Nice full size lots with trees etc
