Will this be the norm going forward? Every loser of a close election threatening court action?

He lost to the better man.

There is pretty much precedent at this point for every close vote going to a challenge.

This one just may have more merit than some others IF it is conclusively proven that there were thousands of invalid votes out there thanks to people voting in both the Dem and Republican primaries.

If the rolls are as obvious about such double-votes as the image above, you'd think it would be easy to find a ton of these if you had the time.

I don't think we can characterize either candidate as the better man. This was an absolute fiasco from start to finish.

Are you just saying this because you like Cochran more or do you honestly believe there is no legal case to be made? Because the only relevant matter is whether or not McDaniel's claims for legal action is consistent with Mississippi laws.

No.

What happened here was a POS lost to another POS. Thad is no more than a motherfricking necessary evil to keep a psycho lightning rod away from partisan democrats, biased media, and the left as a whole. Chalk it up to this being just a shitty situation for conservatives that ends up being great for GOP establishment.

If there is voter fraud, sure

He lost because the Democrat slave masters cracked the whips and the blacks in MS did their same song and dance.
