For a lot of people, divorce sucks. Then for some, seems like they don't even care. I kinda wish I was more like them.
For me, the hardest part about divorce was when the kids were gone. Man, the house felt so empty. And I would start feeling like a failure as a husband and father. But it's just your brain processing things in a depressed way. Don't believe it. I bet most of the people close to you don't feel anything close to the way you are feeling about yourself.
I feel for you. Unless you've been through it, tough to understand. Just keep plugging away, it always gets better eventually.

This is why I have mad love for you. Instead of telling your sob story, you give genuine encouragement from personal experience. I miss the Dear Festus threads, I could've used you a few times the past year.
