This guy bet $10 that Suarez would bite someone at the World Cup.

The odds were 175:1. He won $1,750.

To answer the OP, the Mexican ref didn't see it, and then didn't give a shite about Chiellini showing him the bite marks because Chiellini had acted like he was shot in the face on zero contact at least 4 times earlier in the game.

So basically IMO, he was the douche that cried wolf one too many times prior to Suarez going full retard again.
