Well it's a traffic incident involving multiple deaths so I would imagine it will be looked into. I'm still failing to understand why you are so set on the reason being a smart phone?

Again, what is suspicious about this? It's a road with no shoulder, a sharp curve, and a high speed limit. I don't get how anyone that drives regularly could immediately interpret this as "suspicious" instead of another unobservant person behind the wheel.

Really? You "imagine it will be looked into"?

You are terribly obtuse.

I guarantee you that "it will be looked into." Those phone records are going to be "looked into", and there's no "I would imagine" about it.

everyone wants to blame texting for every accident....how did we have accidents before smart phones
