And its not hard to figure out how to swing a day here and there 5 times. Are you going to take 4, full weeks, at various times?
my work pretty much won't let you take a vacation. I mean, they will, but they ask you not take more than a couple of days at a time. I had to agree not to take any vacation over a day for 18 months to get 15 days consecutively last year. even then, i pratically got fired when I returned.
I complained to my boss about losing vacation time (only can accrue so much), his suggestion was to take every other Monday off. I laughed at this.

I'm basically in this situation. It's really annoying (humble brag blah blah). Seriously though, I'm capped with vacation and accrue it monthly. If I don't want to lose time, I have to take off at least 2 days per month.
I've been taking a couple Fridays off every month, but it's aggravating when I'm busy.
