Brewmasters in Raleigh is okay. I don't think I would put it in my top-33 in the country, though. Then again, they could have stepped their game up in the last year and a half or so.
ETA: Surprised Thirsty Monk isn't on there, I'd probably bump Brewmasters for it. The place in Brooklyn, Torst, sounded great until I read it has a bunch of Evil Twin. 20+ taps, 10+ bucks a pour, and two in the whole place are worth a damn.
