I earned my B.Sc from Robert H. Smith school of business at Maryland. Currently, I am in the MBA program at LSUS. After all of this education, I am seriously concerned that Universities have become nothing more than businesses looking to cash in.

Universities are businesses, the more reputable ones seem to be non-profit businesses. Students are customers, although a lot of Universities don't seem to treat them as such.
LSUS is using Blue Sky Strategy to create exceptional customer value by providing a great education a low cost. They are focusing on providing services to price-sensitive customers that are not willing to pay $100K+ for a MBA.
