But using this same outdated technology they can tell me when I didn't pay taxes on a transaction 5 years previous?
And the same agency that ls so underfunded that they will take over the responsibility of running healthcare. Get your head out of Obama's arse.

We still have a few machines on XP. Not a funding issue. Software issues.
