Divers are looking for 2 people that were tubing. I have no other details.

I've only done that couple times but water was never more than waste deep.

Waste deep water, when moving fast, can still keep you under water. Esp with lots of logs and things

If it is like some other rivers, it is up from the recent rains. If the thing hinted of being too deep or swift, I would wait to another day.
