whatever you do, DO NOT watch last season's. I know you've got the BB itch (welcome to the club btw), but last year was AWFUL. Seriously horrendous as far as gameplay and likable cast. I'm telling you, once you see what's going on (there's kind of an ongoing theme of gameplay that season that becomes very evident fairly early) you won't even want to watch anymore.
what about the season that Rachel girl won? they keep pumping her up. is that a good season to watch?

Season15. Rachel was just super annoying. That season wasn't bad. She just was so annoying.

Rachel was season 12, that was a good season. Layne, hayden, Britney, Rachel, brendon, etc.

13 was a pseudo all star season that Brandon and rachel were in but 12 was their original season.

BB15 gets boring pretty quickly. Wont spoil why

Season 7 is hands down the best one there is. Seasons 10 and 14 are pretty good as well.
Watch BB15 as long as you want and then once you finish/give up in frustration I'd start with 7, 10 and 14 in that order.
I haven't seen them, but seasons 6 and 12 are supposed to be pretty good as well.

14 was a good one too. I didn't really care for the twist at first, but it grew on me.
And, obviously, 14 has one of the best BB moments in history.

Don't start at season 1. It sucked.
Watch seasons 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14.

I'd start with season 7, 10 or 12 before 14 but you do your thing. Its a great season

That's fine but its the OG. It's the real season 1 of the BB we know today.
Whatever you decide to do, I'd advise watching the seasons you choose in chronological order. That way you can appreciate the twists they add along the way and you'll def start seeing the producers begin to play a part in the show at season 7 and 8.
