How many world cups would we win if we had the Miami Heat playing

I can see how that would seem a silly question to soccer folks but for us just jumping on board, it does seem to be a great what if. I can see why people would ask that. Not the Miami heat per se but some of the other insanely great athletes that play other sports. I won't dare ask though.

Because you're being polite, I'll explain.

It would be hard for most NBA athletes to play soccer, because of their respective height/coordination as it relates to keeping possession of a ball. Even someone like Chris Paul would be considered one of the taller players at the World Cup.

Right now, we have an incredibly athletically gifted team compared to the rest of the world. We just haven't developed the technical ability that other countries can boast of having. Spain won three major tournaments with a bunch of 5'9 players who are wizards with the ball at their feet. Lionel Messi is 5'7 but one of the most physically gifted athletes in the world.

I dont want to rehash that thread because i feel like we've moved on. But there is a difference between a question like "What is their motivation for playing" and "when is our next game". One requires discussion, one require a little effort to look up. To continue to act like i want you to google every question you have, is disingenuous on your part.
