Yeah to be honest those are the tweaks I mean. You can't really show the direct results of people getting stabbed/dismembered in Pg-13 world. I wouldn't think that would be a deal breaker for most people except in horror movies.

IMO, this is selling out. Having to "tweak" The Expendables does not sound fun to me. One of the reasons I hated Terminator Salvation.

its a deal breaker (and least for seeing it in theaters) b/c the entire point of these movies is to go back to the 80s style of over the top violent action flicks.

never mind that the resurgence of R rated comedy should be enough to let execs know they really dont need to fear a PG13 rating.

to me this just screams that they know the movie sucks arse and are trying to get as many butts in seats as possible opening weekend in an effort to squeeze any money they can from a turd.
